ReadySetWear does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do use a small amount of storage in your browser to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. This page lists exactly what that is.
1. What we store in your browser
•
Session — a token issued when you sign in, saved in your browser's local storage so you are not asked to sign in on every page. It is removed when you sign out.
•
Appearance — the light, dark, or system choice you make in Profile, saved under the key rsw.theme-mode.
•
Accent color — the color theme you choose, saved under the key rsw.accent-color.
•
Feature state — local flags for tutorial completion, the free outfit-generation trial, daily calendar sync, notification inbox, and cached weather so the app does not repeat completed steps or unnecessary requests.
•
Short-lived shopping cache — recent product results kept temporarily in app memory so repeated searches do not immediately refetch the same listings.
These are strictly necessary for the Service to function or are set by a preference you chose. We do not use them to build a profile of you or to track you across other sites.
2. Third parties
If you sign in with Apple or Google, that provider may set its own cookies on its domains during the sign-in flow under its privacy policy. Our hosting provider may set a short-lived cookie for load balancing or security. Shopping results link to retailers who set their own cookies once you leave our site — those are covered by their policies, not ours.
3. Managing it
You can clear this storage at any time from your browser's site settings, or by signing out. Clearing it signs you out and resets your appearance choice; your closet, outfits, and preferences are stored on our servers and are unaffected.
In the mobile app these values are kept in the app's local storage rather than browser cookies. Some device-only preferences or notifications may remain after sign-out and are removed when you clear app storage or uninstall the app.
4. Changes
If we ever add analytics or any non-essential storage, we will update this page first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
