You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

You can sign in with an email and password, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at evanenjoys@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

ReadySetWear lets you complete a style profile, photograph and catalog clothing, review pieces detected from outfit photos, generate and save outfits, create collages, plan what to wear, record daily outfit photos, connect supported calendars, see local weather, share selected outfits with friends, explore fashion trends, and browse third-party shopping results.

Outfit ideas, product matches, and clothing descriptions are generated automatically, including by machine-learning models. They are suggestions only. They can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and you should use your own judgment before relying on them.

The photos, item details, outfits, notes, and preferences you add are yours. You keep ownership of them.

You give us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you — for example, storing an image so it appears in your closet, removing its background, or analyzing it to suggest a category and color. We do not use your content to advertise to you, and we do not sell it.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

Your wardrobe is private by default. If you choose Share with friends, you direct us to display that outfit and its linked clothing images to friends you have accepted. You can stop sharing by deleting the shared post or calendar entry.

Do not use the Service to:

The Service depends on third parties for hosting, authentication, AI and image processing, weather, calendar connections, subscription management, and product data. If you connect Google Calendar or Notion Calendar, you authorize us to retrieve the calendar information you select for Dress My Day. You can disconnect either service from Settings.

Product listings are informational. We do not sell the items shown and are not a party to any purchase you make from a retailer.

Some features require ReadySetWear Premium. Available plans, trial eligibility, billing period, renewal terms, and prices are displayed on the purchase screen using information supplied by Apple or the applicable app marketplace. Those details control if they differ from general descriptions elsewhere in the Service.

Subscriptions are charged to your app-marketplace account, renew automatically unless canceled, and are managed or canceled through that marketplace's subscription settings. Deleting ReadySetWear does not itself cancel a subscription. Lifetime access, if offered, is a one-time purchase tied to the purchasing marketplace account. Refunds are handled under the marketplace's rules.

Before public release, you may give us an email address or phone number to receive launch-related contact. Joining the waitlist does not create an app account or guarantee access. You can ask us to remove your waitlist contact information at any time by writing to privacy@readysetwear.app.

The Service is under active development. Features may change, be limited, or be removed, and we may pause the Service for maintenance. We will try to give notice of significant changes, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account from Settings in the app, or ask us for help by writing to privacy@readysetwear.app. Account deletion does not cancel an app-marketplace subscription; cancel recurring billing separately in your marketplace subscription settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or creates legal risk for us or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that suggestions, weather data, or product information will be accurate or current.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to you only to the extent permitted.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts located there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them somewhere else.
